Warranty

Electronic Security Products, Inc. Warranties all equipment including all covert cameras, self contained recording systems for one year. Misuse, neglect, tampering, unauthorized repairs, or Acts of God, are not covered under warranty. See full Warranty Statement below.

Legal status of products

It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not Electronic Security Products Inc.), to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any items listed on this web site. Consult an attorney or law enforcement professional, regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111 18 U.S.C., Section 2511.

Warranty Statement

1. LIMITED WARRANTY
Electronic Security Products Inc. warrants the product designated herein to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. A 90 day warranty is designated for all parts and labor.

2. CONDITIONS
This Warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations. The Warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been used or handled other than in accordance with the instructions in the owner's manual, abused, or misused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being transported, or the defect is due to the product being repaired or tampered with by anyone other than Security Products International. The product must be packed and returned to Security Products International by the customer at his or her sole expense. A RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE DEFECT AND A PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT. This receipt must clearly list model and the date of purchase, the name and address of the purchaser and authorized dealer and the price paid by the purchaser. Electronic Security Products Inc. reserves the right to modify the design of any product without obligation to purchasers of previously manufactured products and to change the prices or specifications of any product without notice or obligation to any person.

3. REMEDY
In the event the above product fails to meet the above Warranty and the above conditions have been met, the purchaser's sole remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be to return the product to Electronic Security Products Inc. where the defect will be rectified without charge for parts or labor.

4. LIMITED TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER
This Warranty is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser of the covered product and shall not be transferred to a subsequent purchaser of the product.

5. DURATION OF WARRANTY
This Warranty expires on the first anniversary of the date of purchase.

6. DEMONSTRATION EQUIPMENT
Equipment used by an authorized dealer for demonstration purposes is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment to the dealer. After the first year, demo equipment needing warranty service must be packed and returned to Electronic Security Products Inc. by the dealer at his sole expense. A returned product must be accompanied by a written description of the defect. In the event warranty service is needed under these conditions, the owner of the equipment must provide a copy of his purchase receipt, fulfilling the requirements described under "2. Conditions" above. The product must be packed and returned to Electronic Security Products Inc. by the customer at his or her sole expense.

7. MISCELLANEOUS
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE ABOVE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS OR DAMAGES TO THE PURCHASER. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

"Site" refers to this Internet Electronic Security Products, Inc. site and its related services. In this Privacy Policy only, "User" refers to a registered subscriber of this site. "Electronic Security Products, Inc. or ESP" refers to Electronic Security Products, Inc.

INFORMATION ESP GATHERS

Registration
Upon registering, ESP will collect and store information that specifically identifies the user or the user's account. The information the user is required to submit upon registering is the user's first name, last name, position, company/ department name, address, city, state, country, telephone, e-mail and website address (optional).

Online Surveys
Occasionally ESP may choose to conduct online user surveys to collect information about its Users' preferences. The user's responses may or may not be kept anonymous. The demographic information that ESP collects in the registration process and through online surveys is used to help improve its services in order to meet the needs and preferences of its users. This may include targeting advertising to the user about its services.

Automatically Gathered Information
ESP automatically collects the user's browser type and browser software version in order to tailor the presentation of the services to the user's platform and to maintain a record of their activity on the site. Comments Submitted by Users
ESP constantly seeks to improve the quality of the services it provides and the user experience on the site. ESP values the user's input and encourages them to help it expand and make improvements to the site by providing ESP with any thoughts or comments the user might have regarding its services or the operation of the site.
